I’ve made a successful career out of offering counsel. And because of my achievements, I have frequently come under fire. Negative feedback that is not fact-based or constructive is unpleasant feedback.
I was upset and perplexed when I first experienced the blowback. I was indignant at the way my work was being distorted and misinterpreted. I’m perplexed as to why the attacks increased concurrently with my accomplishment.

We all have to avoid the canines in our careers, whether they be external critics, rivals, terrible bosses, or coworkers that sabotage. I would suggest that you get ready for the yapping to get worse as you succeed based on my experience.
The noisy dogs won’t stop barking. However, you have the ability to fully ignore them. By acting like an elephant that moves forward despite dog barking.
Finding your inner elephant can help you focus on who you are and what you stand for rather than allowing others to define you. What you know to be true about your intents and aspirations is all that matters. All other information is noise.
Even if vicious and ignorant dogs would make the world a better place, I’ve come to terms with their presence. and made use of it to my benefit. I’ve grown more resilient, tenacious, and compassionate as a result of being an elephant. It makes me happy to transform the dogs’ malice into my virtue.

WHY DOES MY DOG BARK? AND WHAT ARE THE DOG BARKING RULES? • Barking is a common behavior and a way for dogs to communicate naturally, especially when they are separated from their owners. A dog will typically bark when someone passes by your house or when the mailman arrives. • The issue arises when this “natural” barking becomes excessive because the accompanying noise pollution can be an annoyance to both family and neighbors.
